The primary duties of an Excavation Technician will be to assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of residential and light commercial sewer and water lines. Includes preparation, execution, and cleanup of sewer/water line replacements. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining machinery and equipment, completing excavations for commercial and residential sewer and water lines, and ensuring the job site adheres to company safety procedures while complying with OSHA standards. The role also involves interacting with customers as needed, performing manual labor in open excavations, and the ability to work in confined spaces and open trenches.
