Summary:

HVAC Technicians are responsible for providing routine maintenance to help fix the HVAC system quickly for customers, as well as, responding to emergency calls promptly.

Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and

quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. Must also be reliable, able to manage timing

and scheduling, be able to communicate clearly, and have a great attitude.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

• Perform maintenance checks and services on HVAC systems.

• Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options.

• Performing safety and performance checks on each system.

• Checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.

• Provide excellent customer service for each customer.

• Collecting payments for services performed.

• Documenting accurate and detailed information about each home and situation.

• Maintaining truck inventory levels.

• Follow up with homeowners about the status of their system following performed service.

Requirements:

• No experience required but experience is preferred.

• Maintain open communication with company staff and customer in a professional manner.

• Understand and efficiently use basic computer hardware and software.

• Maintain a clean, safe driving record.

• Passionate about contributing as an individual and loves winning as a team.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

• Regularly required to work around operating equipment, work in confined spaces, stand for long periods

of time, walk, reach, stoop, crawl, twist, bend and climb ladders.
